After high school, I attended Consumnes River College. I was awarded a football scholarship to a USIU in San Diego, but my career which was leading into professional football was cut short after sustaining a knee injury.

I was married for 23 years & have 2 children from that marriage.  My son, Matthew (born in 1978) spent a few years as Assistant Junior Varsity Football Coach at El Camino High School and my daughter, Sarah (born in 1980) & the mother of my Grandson, Dominic (born in 1998).  I was married again very briefly, but soon realized I had made a mistake.

If all the trials, tribulations & disappointments in my life were put there to lead me to where I am today ... then I thank God for every one of them. For they have led me to my heart & souls dream... Terry Behrens. Terry is also a graduate from Cordova - Class of '73.  We were married on October 12, 2003. This will be her first marriage & ultimately ... my last! I have found the heart I've been looking for all my life ... it took going down a few wrong roads to be led to the right one.

 

My career is with Sacramento Regional Transit.  I am presently a Transportation Supervisor.
